Step 2: Fill Application Form

  1. Log in using your registration number and password.
  2. Fill in personal details (name, father’s name, date of birth, etc.).

  5. Upload scanned copies of:
    • Photograph (20-50 KB, JPEG format)
    • Signature (10-20 KB, JPEG format)
